No one knows Stilton better than our Amanda (30-1-09)

creamery The Stilton Cheese Makers' Association has named the world's very first Master Stilton Graders. They are Amanda Hobbs from Cropwell Bishop Creamery and Billy Kevan from Colston Bassett Dairy. Master Grader status recognises those who have at least 10 years' experience of grading Stilton.

They were both assessed on two separate occasions and attended at least 10 grading sessions where their assessment of a range of cheese is recorded and checked for consistency.
Howard Lucas of Cropwell Bishop Creamery has become a Qualified Stilton Grader and is now starting his journey to Master Grader status.

So when you next pop into the shop at the Creamery you can be assured that the Stilton cheese you buy is, well, the best in the World!
